Book Drives with Partner Programs

  • Ghana Aziedukope D/A Basic school was constructed in 2005 but lacked funds to purchase books for a library

  • Adventures in Ink collected, curated, boxed and shipped 1,100 hard cover & high quality books to establish a new library for the school

  • Library serves primary & junior school enrollment of 509 total students

Adventures in Ink donated 250+ books to support underfunded schools, libraries, and literacy programs across the United States, especially those serving disadvantaged children.

Adventures in Ink donated 300+ books to support innovative programs to boost literacy such as the "Wash and Learn Initiative" - where pop up libraries are created in laundromats.

  • Books were sent to schools, libraries, churches, and Peace Corps volunteers throughout the developing world and in the United States.

Adventures in Ink donated more than 130 individually packed book bags (700+) books to a Catholic elementary school in Philadelphia called Saint Peter the Apostle School. Students took the books home to keep and read with their families.
